During this year’s MIAC on the 12th and 14th October, Tecno Paper presented a new product for the growing market of Nonwovens at its new plant in Marlia.
The open house covered a complete line including a reel unwinder, tangential slitting unit and rewinder for product rewinding, with solutions aimed at improving ergonomics and facilitating operator use, as well as productivity.
The new line is also characterized by the ability to carry out special inspections on the wound product, like a metal detector for contaminants to be identified and removed. The following are also included: a motion system for the mother reel to the unwinder, a motion system for the winding rods, and a dust removal system.
